Where it all began….
The business is owned by Carly who started out initially as a solo cleaner. Carly has had numerous jobs previously in various different sectors, has very often been self-employed but never actually finding her ‘Niche’.
Always working hard and always driven but becoming a mum and needing to work around school runs and the extra-curricular needs of her daughter made her realise that she needed a new venture.
Carly put her hand to cleaning and very soon became successful in her new venture and was able to build a team and grow her business. Carly sees both sides of the coin and likes to help clients live more stress free with the help of her and her team and she also likes to help her team flourish and grow themselves. This cleaning business has very much become a massive part of Carlys life and it's clear how much time and effort she puts into it.

Carly and her team take this venture seriously as to not just be ‘Another Cleaning Lady’. Crystal Clean want to succeed and deliver excellence so sought out further education to coincide with the evolving business, forever wanting to learn more, Crystal Clean succeeded in passing some qualifications. These include COSHH Training, Level 7 in Cleaning, Oven Cleaning, Health & Safety and more.
Carly still continues to grow her knowledge and expertise weekly, always putting more into her team and her business.
Carly networks closely with other cleaning business owners and keeps well in the loop of the ever evolving world of the cleaning industry.
Learning how to delegate and train has been a learning curve for Carly as she is pretty much ‘hands on’ herself but the team prove their excellence week in, week out and Carly and them together keep the cogs turning.
